This beautiful dress is made from a stretch velvet. It fits snugly to the chest and waist then skims over the hips and falls into deep drapes. The sleeves are tightly fitted and come to a point over the hand, this is secured with an elastic loop that is worn over the finger. The stunning feature of this dress are the flowing diaphanous over-sleeves, these are gathered softly onto the shoulder then fall to floor level. The dress also features a tasseled rope belt that is draped around the waist.
